So I decided to try and learn how to crochet a little while after I started cross stitching, and I figured it was about time I started sharing some of the things I've made since then.

When I came across the pattern for this night fury amigurumi: sarsel.deviantart.com/art/HTTY… I couldn't resist the temptation to try him! well, it was certainly more than a bit of a challange. As a beginner, I learnt a lot about what I know now from this project. Trying to get those tiny toes right, how the wings worked and making and attaching all the small pieces. It was a lot different to the only other thing I had made, a small round whale amigurumi. But I was determined to see it through to the end, and I'm so glad I did.
