This is hot.. I love the angle, the sketchiness of the lines, the whole angularity about it with the black shape behind him.
He's got a cool pose, and from that angle it reminds me of the art from Jet Set Radio Future, which is a game I loved because of the cel-shaded graffiti style the characters possessed. Here's a video of them, in case you're wondering.
