"The origin of the Snow Snake is clouded in mystery. whether it's a snake that adopted the power of ice or a winter wind that embodies the form of a snake is unknown. What is known is that she stalks through the frozen tundra like a ghostly phantom. She appear and disappears without a trace, just like the cold itself. She has the ability to summon blizzards and hailstorms from her mouth. Usually snakes keep their venom in their fangs but the Snow Snake's fangs are regular icicles, containing no venom, however the stinger at the tip of the tail is full of it. One sting can completely freeze a victim for 12 hours after which the victim starts to thaw. Although the sting is just a secondary method, the main weapon for encasing a prey item in ice is the ice fog she can spray from her mouth. The fog can be combined with the stinger to freeze even the most insulated opponent, even permanently freeze creatures with very thick fur.
So the next time you feel a bit cold, zip up your jacket and hope it's just a regular hailstorms, for even though she is an elemental, they say she has a taste for meat."
