Darn character limit in the title...
This is not official, it is a replica made by me in Photoshop using the model sheets from Scooby-Doo Where Are You for the body and Google Images to find the head (the side view being the only one that was pulled from a screenshot from The Monster Of Mexico). I did however retrace the skirt to look how it's supposed to in the show and added spikes to her hair (which for some reason was the hardest part and took lots of trial and error but that's the best I can get it to look for now).
