Appearance: Short, purple hair (Neck-length); human appearance (often mistaken for a human, instead of a mana); Always wearing casual clothing, such as her navy-blue overshirt, white undershirt, and light blue jeans

Element: Lightning

Abilities: Absorbs electricity from electronic devices. (She often avoids anything electronic because of this, as a precaution.) If she absorbs too much, she will need something that can conduct electricity, to release the energy on, or she will release the energy in a sparatic, uncontrollable way.
Able to shoot small bolts of lightning, at short ranges. (Up to 25 yards accurately. The bolt will go up to 50 yards inaccurately, but it weakens past 25 yards.)

History:
Not much is known about Rie's past. The furthest back she can remember, she was around 10 years old, appearance-wise, and was being raised by bonded mana in a human household. She never bound herself to anyone. The humans insisted that their son, a boy appearing to be her age, should bond with her, but the boy refused to do so seeing the way his parents treated Rie's guardians.
Instead, Rie grew up being told by the boy that she should never bond with any human being. The boy was convinced that bonding with a mana did something to humans; It made them power hungry. His parents treated Rie's guardians worse than dirt, and he hated seeing it happen, especially when Rie had to watch. So as they both grew, he would constantly try to teach Rie not to bond with anyone.
About two years ago, the boy suddenly disappeared, leaving only a note with an address on it for Rie. In the note, the boy told her that he couldn't stand seeing her parents suffer the way they did, and that she should run away as soon as she could. The address was where she could find him.
However, Rie was... Hesitant to follow. What if it was a trick, from the boy's parents? Unwilling to trust mere words on paper, she took the note and fled the household. Her human appearance helped her hide amongst the humans, and from that hiding place, she was able to witness the cruelty on her kind from afar.
About a year ago, she discovered the Revolvers. Thinking this was the best way to assist in ending the cruelty against mana, she quickly signed up to join their ranks.

Personality:
Rie is a very active person, for a Mana. She can be very loud, eccentric, and playful, to the point where people may think she's flirting with them. (She's broken many hearts, this way.)
When in large crowds of people, however, Rie tries to avoid being the center of attention. She prefers to stay in small groups.
For humans, it takes a lot to get on Rie's good side. Chances are, she'll try to stay at least five yards away from any human that she doesn't know well. (Ten yards for those she knows aren't bonded.)
She often tries to avoid the Revolvers' floating ship; It's not that she doesn't like the ship, but more because as an electrical magnet, it's uneasy for her to be on a ship run by electricity.
