sure. It's basically the same effect that you would get if you hung a mirrored ball above you and photographed it and edited out yourself. You can achieve this by taking enough photographs from the same spot but with different angles as to capture everything in the scene. You stitch them together into a 360° by 180° image and convert it from rectangular to spherical coordinates.
