Ever heard of nu metal? If you don't know, it's metal with a touch of hip-hop, turntables, new vocal styles and unorthodox guitar techniques that was popular from 1996 to 2003. It includes bands like Primer 55, Factory 81, early Slipknot, early Linkin Park, Disturbed, Limp Bizkit, Korn and Drowning Pool. Most of the music that I listen to is nu-metal, because I like metal that is fast and urban and just the right amount of heavy. You may notice some important players, like Munky, Craig Jones, Brad Delson, and Fred Durst. There are some nu-metal songs below that can probably get you hooked.Primer 55: Loose
