And if you think she's obscure. I got one better for you. There's a girl in a orange top that pikachu upskirts in the original show. She doesn't even have a name nor an episode. (though technically I suppose she was in every episode of the original series.) Now THAT's obscure.

I heard a theory that it was supposed to be Giselle, but since she was a one-episode-only-character, they changed her color scheme so that people wouldn't think that she would get so present in the show.
