Hey folks!

This has been another one of those busy weeks but I try to make up for it by doing bigger art drops here in the Gallery when I have a minute!

Part of what's been keeping me busy, as you might know from my latest posts, is "Tiny Supers", an upcoming minimalist rolplaying game by Gallant Knight Games , for whom I've done a lot of work in the past few months. Some of the initial heroes in the roster that I first developed have been posted elsewhere for a while, but not on dA so I'm rectifying that wrong and showing you all the various defenders that Sentry City has while keeping up with other weekly imagery I'm drawing to keep the content consistent.
The young lady you see above is codenamed Bulwark and she's the classic urban fighter, protecting the streets from the everyday menaces that plague it. Influenced by Luke Cage, Daredevil, Black Canary and so forth, Bulwark is a no-nonsense kind of gal, as you can plainly deduce I loved coming up with a concept that was original and yet had some classic archetypal elements to it, especially when it came to giving her whole costume a commonality that other, more powerful heroes didn't have in the Gallantverse. I wanted her garments to look like something that could be put together by a kid, much like Peter Parker does when he first conjures up his Spider-man persona but still have that hint that separated her from just a jacket and boots. Also, since she's invulnerable, it was great fun pitching her against bullets and various thugs to prove there's more to her than meets the eye
