Here is the first stage of my coloring of the Princess Leia drawing "Daddy's Little Princess". I am using photoshop to color my work and as usual, I am having fun with it. Art should be fun! It should be something that the artist enjoys doing. It shouldnt be thought of as a burden or a hardship, it should bring joy.Well, all my art brings me joy. I really am thankful for the chance to do what I love to do.

That's true. Art should makeyou happy. Although it can be frustrating sometimes when your learning. I tried coloring with a mouse because I don't have a tablet and.....well.....it's harder then it looks.

I do most of my coloring with a mouse. I have a tablet and use it when I need really fine lines.

How are people doing this? I've tried coloring with a mouse and it doesn't work.

airbrush with low opacity over my pencils. Build up the color and use the eraser to take away what you don't like. Lots of layers!
