Happy birthday, !It's your gift, drawn under extreme time pressure you so kindly bestowed upon us.
Anyway, for those who would like to know, it's =VanEvil 's OC, the ex-Great Fairy of Twilight, Una. I thought a gentle smile would fit her newly recovered emotions.
Background inspired by Alfons Mucha's work. Because he is amazing. I went with a mix of my own, VanEvil's and art noveau styles.

Everything is done nicely, I would have just made the skin a little more blue.
I love the hair; how some hair strands stray away from the rest, it's definitely like VanEvil's work. I also like how the lips are kind of pooched out. Nice work on the nose too.

You are most certainly right on the topic of the more bluish tone of skin - especially if it was Midna, judging from the official art. I suppose I concentrated on Una's artwork only instead of referencing other Twilis.
The separate strands are a neat little trick I learnt to make the hair a bit more realistic. You can find in in a lot of tutorials.
