Sorry that this is so late! I had to figure out how to colour buildings the way that gave me what I aimed for, which took quite some time. Quite different from the last two huh?Ah, Fate/Stay Night...It gives me the feels. Rin is my favourite character, hence why I used so much time on this. I love her refined personality and especially her playful side. I still hope ufotable does Saber's route though.
For those interested in my method, I started with 2H mechanical pencil on marker paper, then inked with sakura pigma multiliners 0.05, 0.1 and copic ciao black. I then scanned and coloured on photoshop CS6 with a Wacom Intuos.

This looks prettty awesome, I must say. I've yet to watch this anime, though. Is it a game too? lol I'm very unfamiliar with it.
Anyway, the only thing that immediately leaps off the page as wrong to me is the perspective on the buildings. Specially the one on the left. All the other buildings that are at an angle have their windows angling off downwards, yet that one suddenly starts going upwards near the bottom. This is a huge clash in perspective because as you can see the little building in the middle has it's angles going downward down there too, so the building on the left should match that too.
I know what you were going for with that building on the left, but you really wouldn't see such a change in the perspective of the windows from this vantage point, it will look better if all the windows have the same angle.
That sky looks awesome, though. Great work!!

Thanks man. It was actually a visual novel first, then it was adapted into an anime series later (the latest by ufotable is the best). Its really good.
So glad you pointed that out to me, buildings are new to me. I'll work on it till I get it right. Thats the only way I can master what I do. Please keep an eye on my update, it would be good to know if you think I corrected it.
