Part 1 of my "100 Themes Challenge," a remake of the famous end scene from the original 'Sonic the Hedgehog' game in 'Modern' style!
This photo got me thinking, for all you guys watching this photo, how well do you guys think the first 'Sonic' game would've gone if it was released in the latest generation of video gaming instead of in the 1990's 8-bit era? NO, don't think of playing like Sonic '06 gameplay, I mean if it was something like Generations/Unleashed/Colors style gameplay? Would you play it and expect great things to come from it?

I think if Sonic started in the late 2000's instead of '91 it wouldn't of lasted long or it wouldn't of been as big as it was in '91.
