Description
"Bomberman" is a video game franchise most popular with Nintendo console players. The first game was released in 1983, though the protagonist of the same name wouldn't adopt his more well-known and much-loved appearance, that you see below, until the release of "Super Bomberman" ten years later. Super Bomberman and Super Bomberman 2 have provided my friends and I with much multiplayer enjoyment in recent years, although these are the only two games, out of more than FIFTY, that I have played. And even though most of us could liken his face to a standard North American wall outlet, he's still one of the most recognizable video game characters.Related content

Cool. I recently played bomberman tournament for the game boy advance emulator last month. I beaten the game with save states. Super Bomberman is still my favorite one since its my very first bomberman for the snes I ever played since I think I was 9-11. I don't remember the age.

Even though I've never heard of him by name, recognized him instantly. Was the character placement like this in the games or is in an intentional SoT reference? (Two diagonal teams of two.)
