Two of my Wow characters: Nobuko and Valkieria

These two are very interesting to me, because their the first cross faction characters I paired up and turned into lovers

Perhaps some backstory:

Nobuko was born on the world of Draenor, and wanted to join the hand to become a paladin ever since he was little. However, because of the Orcs meddling in fel energy he was inflicted by it in the same way the Broken were (see wow lore for broken) only while he did not become a Broken himself he did lose his connection to the light.

Nobuko was shunned by others because of this, but this didn't stop his determination and almost naieve sence of nobility which he got from aspiring to become everything his father was. His father was a general in the Draenei army during the Dreanei genocide compaign of the Orcs, and even though they lost the war, his efforts and sacrifice saved many of the Draenei by giving them a chance to flee and join the Alliance.

There he met his namesake (in a way XD) Nobundo [link]
Nobundo helped him understand the elements and gave him powers he would use to help his people and this (suffering by Horde activity as he would put it) world. And while he is no longer proficient with wearing plate armor, he has made up for it with sheer firepower and quickness of blades.
Overal, Nobuko is a very selfless person who will go to great lengths to help others. He has a dislike for the Horde, including the new one, because they kept talking about peace yet still invaded Alliance lands. With the new full assault of the Horde he feels that it is finally time for the Alliance to retaliate. Nobuko is one of the nobelest people around, which is both his strength and weakness. He teamed up with Valkieria out of survival for both of them. Later his naïvity and chivalry was exploited by her, but after a while Valkieria developed a soft spot for him, and even helped him in some quests against the Horde.

Valkieria was a high elf from Quel'thalas, who was born into the lowest caste of society. She was very talented in the ways of magic, however her poor status prevented her from exploiting her talents. This gave her a desire and lust to gain power at great costs. She was however permitted to study as a priestess in the ways of the light, yet it wasn't the light that interested her that much, it was it's shadowy counterpart. Using her powers she quickly gained a talent for it, and used every little dirty trick at her disposal to secure her position. She believed that you have to get what you can, whenever you can, to be able to benefit yourself because others will not do it in this selfish world.
Sadly, she like many others were overwelmed when the Scourge attacked Quel'thalas by surprise, and slaughered everyone she loved, disconnecting any remaining ties to morality. She survived by looking out for herself, and later joined others of her kind to secure their position. She then sought to follow Kael thas his teachings and gain more power for herself in the name of her own survival, her people. She met Nobuko in her travels and was forced to team up with him. At first she laughed and smirked at his words of chivalry and nobility, and ofcourse was quick to take advantage of this. Later however, after seeing the sincerity of his words, and the suffering his people also endured she changed her stance about him. Especially since a lot of this suffering came from her newfound allies and even her own people. She still believes that people should take care of themselves and that they live in a hard world, however for the first time in her life she has extended these feelings of preservation to someone else as well.

Overall they make a good team. Nobuko's naievity is countered by Valkieria's common sence, and Valkieria's selfishness and lust for power is countered by Nobuko's kindness and support. Needless to say they won't be helping Garrosh take over Alliance lands by force, since they both have begun to feel that there is no point to all of this fighting. Though when it will come to choosing, Valkieria will choose the Alliance simply because Nobuko is a supporter of it, and she has no true loyalties to the Horde.

This was made by the talented and very kind She put a lot of effort into this, and I'm happy the way she made both of them look The armor was her idea btw, since I still have to lvl them, but I am thinking of getting this for both of them
