Nicely done! I like the solid colours although to me the girl doesn't quite feel like she really belongs to the scene (maybe it's because she's so red and the rest of the scene is a greeny-blue) and I rekcon it could use some darker shades. But overall it's quite good.

I seem to remember I chose the colour scheme to test out vibrating colour from my colour theory class in art school.
The idea is that if you are a slight hue off from the complementary colours (red & green, blue & orange, yellow & purple) then an optical illusion will cause 1 colour to leap out at you visually. In order to work best, the colours should all be around the same value, which is why there aren't any dark shades (except for her hair, I messed up there). That's why the red seems so intense.
