Good question. I used the Visual Clip tool. It's meant for props and isn't the best with ragdolls, but I made it work here.
As for the body, I just used the Advanced Infiltrator tool, and the Joint tool. Although it wasn't a 100% job. I had to edit out the remains of his beard and ears. Although I bet you didn't even notice.
So the final picture isn't far off when what I took in Gmod. Not bad, eh?
