Description :shnif-01: , there ya go. 

- Gave it wayyyy more volume, based on a light source coming from the upper right.
- Made the hair behave like hair a bit more (the original looked too one-dimensional)
- MOAR values per colors : values define the form & make things look 3d. (see how we can guess the curve of her neck more)
- Made some anatomy adjustments (nose, mouth, eyes)

thanks for your help. i have a question though: how would i give it more volume with cell shading? thats something i really have trouble with

Very, veeery late answer :

No problem! More volume with cell shading is quite hard, because your shades are very limited & that makes suggesting the forms more difficult... It needs to be placed very accurately to make it look like it's 3D!

What I'd do is to start with your shadow color + bucket tool, then you place your local/highlight colors very carefully... Done correctly, it'll give you a Wind Waker/ Guilty Gear Xrd look!
