Yes i do get paid for doing the artwork but not very much unfortunately, so i don't have the money to pay you for the image.
It would be really great if i could get the permission to use your image, it fits really nicely into the artwork. I can submit it to deviantart and link you and give you credit here if you'd like that?
If you don't want me using your image i totally understand, but i would really appreciate it..

Of course you can see the final product, you'll get the artwork as soon as i finish it! And i'll see what i can do about getting you a CD when it's done!
If its not to much trouble, would it be possible for me to get your permission to use the image via mail? Maybe you can PM me your email, i send a mail asking you for permission to use the image, and you just answer? That would feel more robust that a deviantart comment, just so that there's no trouble down the line. Would that be ok with you?
