EDIT:People seem to think LeChance is magic. Yes, there is magic in his world, yes people can use it, no he's not one of those people. It's acctually his cloak which makes him invisible. Take the cloak away and there goes his invisiblity.
The eye is a really weird piece of equiptment. It's a coctail of machine and magic (more part magic). It's powered by the brain (as they haven't figured out ways to harnas electricity yet, therefore no security cameras yippy). It's useless againts a moving target (as it has a delay time of around 3-5 seconds). As for the whole 'weight' thing, I was planing to acctually remove that but too late now, so the only way I can explain it is with magic. Magic solves all plot holes >.> <.< >.>

This is my first ref sheet ever. Well, I've done similar things, but NOTHING like this.
I'm sorry if there is a lot of writing.
Please, all critique is welcomed. Even if it's just saying "hey cool character" or "What a piece of crap I hope you don't get in".
Oh and something extra. The arrows fold too. Around 1 third of the way down in the folding point. It all fits on LC's back nicely.
Sword upper back, quiver there too. Bow is lower back.
OH AND I'VE DOWNGRADED THE EYE. I'll adjust page 1 accordingly.

One thing about the bow: wouldn't it make more sense for it to fold the other way? Then, when the arrow is drawn, the limbs wouldn't be pulled in the same direction they would be to be collapsed. I'm assuming in its current configuration it locks straight, but maybe having it the other way might let it go from folded to functional in a bit less time? Ehhhh if I'm making any sense. XD
His eye should have a "Hal" mode. I think he's a pretty cool character, overall.

Grab onto one side and the other clicks in, no need to flip it around. It has occasionally collapsed in, mainly the first few time he used it. He had a bruised finger and some nasty cuts. But that's what you get when you steal a prototype. A prototype without an instruction manual XD.

Yeah, I guess that makes sense... but, if it was the other way, you could possibly go from expanding it to drawing an arrow in the same motion, depending on its mechanics.

Oh, I don't think they're overpowered at all. I think this tournament is the sort to attract very strong characters. He's well balanced with high capabilities. 83 But tourneys are rarely about raw power, but how they're used to tell stories.
