Description Just to make sure: I'm not the first and I'm not the last who already took such a motif. Nevertheless I post this picture... today it was the first time that I really had access to a backyard like this one.

's not the last shot like this for sure but i still like this. i could say makes me think of 'light at the end of the tunnel' sort of thing, but it actually reminds me more of drowning.

that could just be those past swim lessons getting to me though :0

this is the kind of buldings shot i like, not so boring and plain like others on dA. love how you took the angle, so the buildings make such interesting shape.

Reminds me of one of Severin’s photos, which I think you might have even on that session with him… I can’t quite remember. This is great, the perspective is wonderful. It’s just nice to look at something so different than the typical straight photography you see here. You see nice scenery (which I love) some funky architecture, but you rarely see this type... Looking u0pward style, you know? It’s just nice to see something different. Nice dark colors, and good angle. But most of all, the exposure is just right !! Great job my dear. Sorry for taking so long to comment

I wish I could find buildings like this around California... maybe I just haven't been looking hard enough. I love this look in photography--very angular with great perspective. I think this piece is great in B&W... not sure if it would have such an impact with color. There's one little thing that bugs me... there's a spot near the top middle angle. Not sure what it is, but it just seems out of place. LOVE the reflections on the windows, especially the one right above the word vertical (half light/half building). All in all another great shot.

Maybe it's not new but good
Would be great if all people would have let the windows closed...
and if the lamp (?) on the roof wasn't visible (or is it the dirty monitor? *g*)

hehe, inspired by *coxi

It's not easy to do something new with this, but you have done so well. the positive space in the top gap makes for an interesting polygon. It was a great decision to do this in black and white, as the lighting is so much more effective, the way its reflecitng off the windows makes the whole picture feel like it's coming towards you. I'm learning alot about photography by viewing your images, thanks.
