I always wanted to cosplay as Nia since watching TTGL, but I only have so much time lately for costumes, so when Yeu put hers up for sale I immediately took the chance. I still plan on someday finishing up my pre-timeskip Simon costume as well, but that's been on hold since I'm still tinkering around with the goggle modifications.

I only had to do a few things and a couple alterations to the existing costume - I bought and styled the wigs, yes, those are two wigs I used. I used Sharpie to color in the blue. I made the symbolled red and white sash and added craft foam inserts to the actual flower petal. I made the barrettes out of Paperclay, and painted them with gold Lumiere paint and finished with a glitter gloss. I took in the dress and shortened the skirt for a fit proportioned to my measurements. I added the sandal straps as well since the ones on the original sandals weren't accurate, but sure as heck a bit more comfortable than the ones I made.
