. 3. Well..most of it was all bought besides the bloomers and tutu.
The corset I got from a thrift store and my wings were child size fairy wings.
The pearls I bought but the heart necklace I made.
Wig was from my Hatsune Miku had had the clips on it.
As for the tutu, you can by some of the "netting" stuff at a fabric store and sew them onto some elastic fabric band that goes around your waist. C:

The only thing that disappointed me in this cosplay was my indecisiveness about what boots I should wear. Haha.
But overall it worked. I was annoying as I planned to be. : )

Ah, I know what you mean; I have so many boots, it can be hard to make the right choice when doing gijinkas! But I'd say you made the right choice!
