Description I guess someone forgot him out there...

Yesterday I saw that there was a Dragon Contest in which I actually intended to participate, but I totally forgot about it. XD Ah well, that's typical. Here's my entry.

I can't really tell, as far as I remember I painted this on a whim without any particular story or idea in mind. Perhaps he is just enjoying a summer spray, or thinking about dragon-things. Who knows?
