Stock and resource images available with permission from myself.The rules for using my stock photos:
1. That you contact me asking to do so.
2. That photographer: IMS Photos gets credit somewhere under the image if possible. (would be nice if i got a mention too)
3. That they are not to be used for commercial purposes (If you wish to use them for commercial purposes then tell me and I will put you in contact with the photographer for negotiations.
4. Copyright of the original image remains with: IMS Photos
5. That you let me see the finished image please. This is because I adore digital art and am continually inspired and amazed by peoples creations!
6. If the above conditions are not met I will be in touch to find out why!
It all sounds very stern but its just so that it is in writing somewhere

You most certainly can as long as you credit the photographer underneath the image (IMS Photos) realise he has copyright of original images and dont use it for commercial reasons without talking to us.
Gods saying that makes me sound so strict. Anyway feel free to use it, I would love to see what you turn the photos into
