Cloud Jumper is what's called a Litt Spakr Dragon.
It translates from Scandinavian to Little Quiet Dragon.

This species of dragon is exceptionally rare.
They are very small in size. Smaller than a regular baby dragon. Even in adulthood.
They are mute therefore cannot speak.
They more of have the mental capacity and attitude/personality of a dog.
In the town of Trotterheim, they are often kept as pets. But have never been seen in Equestria.

Due to the small size or weakness of their wings, most are 100% unable to fly.
The rare few that can however are very expensive for purchase. But they are able to fly up to speeds of 22.5 WP (wing power).
