These are the scouts of Storm Clan. They are in charge of sending messages and patrolling the area. This group is made up of the young cheetahs who had just completed their training as cubs.*Edit*
It is no longer called 'Storm Clan' but 'Loya Kingdom' now. The Scouts are also apprentices of whatever profession/career they chose to be in.
