Those golden tattoos are... well, pure gold. But I love her messy hair and her expressiveness. She's got an attitude for sure! The background is amazing too, great work on it.

I work in a hospital, in the labs. Right now I am in the microbiology section for the whole summer, or so do I expect. We get to see quite a few interesting things.

It was a chunk of it, about the size of half a hand. Probably the guy got a metal plate on his head.

It should. If it doesn't, what's the use for it? Aside from keeping your brain from slipping away from your head (mine hasn't been there for long, and I suspect that it's because I don't have a metal plate).

Hmmm, good question... I guess it's normal pain if it's attached to the skull the right way. Though I bet that it always hurts a bit more. Never thought of it, actually. Good question.
I know prosthetics always develop some sort of scar tissue around them so I guess that helps to minimize the pain.

I believe that the capacity to soak impacts should matter more than the hardness, but no clue. Also the place where it's anchored might hurt. Idk.
