The confusing thing about vore is that, if he agreed to this, he'd die, right? If this is his girlfriend or Babe or whatever, then she'd basically be inviting him to get killed. Also, since vore is the 'sexual' component of their relationship, wouldn't she be admitting she just cheated on him by eating someone else?

It all depends on people’s preferences within the concept of vore. I typically try to leave my captions open to interpretation, but for me personally, I prefer non-fatal vore, which is where you pretend that digestion never happens, and so you don’t actually die. Theoretically, you can repeat the swallowing process over and over again. As to the cheating part, that’s an interesting line of thought that I hadn’t really considered.
