King of the Kende's. His seat is at The Island, and his square shaped fort is one of the scariest looking castles in the South. He's known to be extremly knowledgeble, due to his great collection of books and scrolls (eightthousand pieces). He is also known to be cruel and bloodthirsty and rumoured to have killed his own wife after she had tried to escape from the castle with their baby boy, Mor.
King Tor is very dangerous, wicked and twisted, a despisable torturer.
