This is Mobius Tengan, My Naruto FanFic OC. He wears a blue Coat/Trench Coat, his dreads are Black and white, wears a band from his dad around his neck and his mothers necklace (Which looks like it has different looking Sharingan around it.

Kekkei Genkai: Sudo Susano'o: which allows the user to manifest a Susano'o from the body; Mobius' S.Susano'o resembles an armored version of the Chinese Thunder God Raijin different features with a half circle of the drums on his back, (Will probably draw that form later) Fused with his Sharingan its more heavily armored with a full circle of drums.

Pre-Time) He's able to use Water style mainly along with possibly 3 lightning styles, can only manifest the Skeletal body of his S.Susano'o for 25 sec. after the first round of the Chunin Exams and can use the fully matured Sharingan. After his fathers death during a mission, Mobius' Mangekyo Sharingan transcended when he was 11. He first time used it on accident when a rouge ninja attacked him and his mother when they were celebrating him graduating from the academy, a rouge ninja attacked them. His mother can fight (She's a member of the Anbu and she can use the full power of the S.Susano'o) But after his fathers death, he promised to never let anything happen to his mother. He activated his Sharingan without knowing he had the Mangekyo and sent the man into coma for an hour.

Reason 1: He's the 2nd Hokage's Grandson which is why he has the hat

Reason 2: His clan the (Tengan) and the Uchiha's used to be one but some of the clan had developed the Sharingan along with their Kekkei Genkai and immediately said they were superior because they can activate Genjutsu's through eyesight and still use the Susano'o along with the other abilities like the Amaterasu and such. So by that the clan had separated creating the Tengan's and Uchiha's. But within the Tengan's there's sometimes a child born with the ability to achieve Sharingan and use the Sudo Susano'o, which allows the user to manifest a Susano'o without the activation of Sharingan and he's one of those kids. Within the Uchiha's there's sometimes a child that can immediately use the Tengan's KG which is the Sudo Susano'o. For the Eternal Mangekyo to be achieved within the Tengan, its the same way the Mangekyo is released, through trauma of a close friend or family member dying or immense training. But if the user goes blind, the only way is through transplant.

The Sudo Susano'o like the Sharingan Version has 5 stages but isn't as powerful but much more durable. When one fuses the Sudo Susano'o with the Sharingan's version the person is near invincible but the draw back is that 1) it has a time limit (When using both at once) like the time can range from 5-10 mins or more, to 10-30 seconds or more (depending on chakra load/lvl, 2) depletes life force (When Using both at once) 3) Causes immense strain on the body if used for a long time might damage/block chakra flow through the eight gates of the body.
