Never thought I'd do this again.
I watched the Film theory of Gravity Fall and Rick and Monty part even though I never watch the two shows. I was curious about Bill since everyone Design him as an eye patch guy. But I remembered Futurama's Lela's eye, but I wanted him blindfold as well because of reasons. XD
I do like this how I end up drawing his hair~
Also, I think there will be a comic of Goldia and Bill having a tea party while Bill discussing how to destroy the fnaf world while Goldia politely threaten him to leave.
Again, I think. That doesn't mean I can do it successfully.

Yap, that kept me on my mind, but he still have eyes that were blinded. So he got three eyes.

Well, Three eyes represent the past, present and Future.
The Present and Future were blinded, so he can only see the present.
The same way as everyone else.
Then again, I don't know what Bill is about so, I don't know much.
