There are a LOT of good tutorials on YouTube! Of course it can't beat going to college but it's great especially if you lack funds.
Also, two things. 1: Patreon. That I think would really help you out and a lot of people would be willing as well.
2: If you decide to do animations: You don't have to worry about voice actors at all. I'm a voice actor and voice director so I know a lot of people who would be willing to take part and I'd be willing to help you out myself.
