Mah I really enjoyed painting this. I'm not sure whether Winsor&Newton is really better than Talens, but there was something I've learnt during the process... I think I realised some particular strength or way of painting that suits me and something about composition (which is always a pain) A5 is a good size to work with also.

Your watercolour works are really outstandingly beautiful! *A*

May I ask what sort of pencil you use to draw the lines? They look so fragile and thin~

0.3 mechanical pencil, but it shouldnt make too big difference if you use 0.5 Thanks for liking

Amazing work! The lines and the colors are so vibrant. Your color-usage is se beautifull especially in the hair and the eyes, where you have left those little tiny details: they are the final touch of this pic. I love the flowers in the background. Great work, I love the nails!!!

Ooooooooooooh ~ ! I love the flora especially, so distinct but not invasive with detail.

And, oh, you work with Talens and Windsor & Newton? Would you say there are any differences?

I work with the latter, and it's good, but I don't want to buy other brands if there are no benefits.

Anyways; beautiful drawing, love it!

Talens is my first set, from japan I think. I should say Winsor better( and cost slightly more). The texture of their solid paints are quite different. Winsor is glossy and a little soft when pressed, while talens is just dry and hard. when mixed with water, winsor is also thicker and easier to mixed. so I guess you can stick with your winsor for now haha
