Yeah It's late upload of this picture, It was taken at the Birmingham Expo 2012.

Being human I forgot my proper camera at this expo this is why this picture isn't that grate quality.

I was messing around editing pictures for most of today then I decided to do this one, 13enjie's wig in this picture looked really awesome.

The editing is supposed to give an effect like the manga version of Akira... ahh, I hope it worked.
