Description
Hi! Working in markers once more (Prismacolor, alcohol markers, fineliners). This is a page from a coloring book, and although the book lists a single "author," it doesn't actually credit the artists (there are several) whose work appear in it. So, I don't know whose linework this is at the end of the day. I love coloring others' linework, though, as I can concentrate more on shading without losing focus. Maybe I should work as a comics colorist?
Tough to tell from the scan, but I used a silver metallic Sharpie on all the shiny bits of her studded leather and the background. It's cool when the light plays over it.
This picture took me quite a while to color in by hand due to the complexity of the background. I often slack on backgrounds, so this was a good challenge for me. Was challenging to come up with as many kitty toe beans/fur combinations as possible, too!
