you have to measure a lot actually >.<
it would be best to make a pattern out of newspaper which is what we did.
Measure the total length of the costume, adding an inch or two to make sure its not too small. (do this for everything you measure, you can always make it smaller)
Also measure: waist, hips, bust, rump, and for the neck/arm things, measure around the neck and arms C:
