I met yesterday some friends and we drew a bit together. I sketched the kiddo up there and today I really felt coloring him.Nyo, for the background I followed a tutorial from ~concept-on-mac He has some really awsome tutorials and brushsets in his gallery.
His name is Jolie (pretty on french). And he's the younger brother of Belle. A character from my story "Lullaby's Death."

Wirklich beeindruckend. Frage zum BG: Hast Du die Gebäude selber entworfen oder sind das Pinselspitzen? Ich habe mir die Seite mal angeschaut. Der Typ von dem die Tuts sind ist wirklich verdammt gut. *^^* Super Vorbild.
Die Stimmung im Bild ist genial geworden, das licht einfach hammer. ^^ So, und jetzt kommt typisch dra noch ein bisschen was, was man verbessern könnte. Zuerst mal zu Jolie: Wenn er sein Bein leicht nach vorne streckt, so wie er fast muss, damit man die Sohle des Schuhs so sehen kann, wäre die obere Kante des Stiefels gebogen (Perspektive) und nicht so gerade zu sehen. Auch musst Du die Schattierungen an ihm noch etwas anpassen: Das Licht ist gelb und scheint von hinter ihm zu kommen, wenn ich mir das Gebäude so ansehe.
Aber lass Dich von meinem Geschreibsel hier nicht ablenken! Das ist eine verdammt gute Zeichnung!!!

Die Gebäude sind Pinselspitzen mehr oder weniger. Also es hat glaub ich 2-3 Gebäude Pinsel und einfach extrem viele zusätzliche Pinsel.
Wollte einen City-BG machen, zuerst zwar sollte es ganz anders aussehen, dann hab ich nach Referenzen gesucht und bin auf seine Seite gestossen. Und als ich die tollen Tutorials sah wollt ich das gleich mal ausprobieren
Zur Kritik: Du weisst ja das ich das immer gut gebrauchen kann. Also immer her damit. Ah ich sehe was du wegen dem Stiefel meinst. Ich wusste schon das es so komisch aussieht und unmöglich stimmen konnte. Wusste aber einfach nicht was falsch war. Danke für den hinweis! Ich versuche im Moment eben nicht alle Figuren einfach von vorne stehend zu zeichnen sondern ihnen ein bisschen Bewegung einzuflösen. Das ist viel schwerer als es aussieht >.<
Schattierung: Jahh, müsste ihn auch dunkler Schattieren, so ist er eigentlich viel zu hell. Bin mich eben schon so an meine normale Schattierungs-Technik gewöhnt (also mit sehr hellen farben) das ich das zuerst auch mal üben muss. Weiss aber was du meinst
Habe diesmal sogar extra zuerst den BG gemacht damit ich bei seiner Schattierung es besser der Stimmung anpassen kann, aber irgendwie hat das doch nicht so ganz geklappt >.<

@in bewegung: Oh, ja, ich weiss was Du meinst. Das kann je nach Bewegung höllisch sein. Besonders schwer wird es, wenn man noch Perspektive einbaut, also der eine Fuss weit vorne steht und der andere weit hinten. So zum Beispiel... X.x Ich habe das kein bisschen im Griff... Muss ich mich mal wieder ein bisschen dahinter klemmen. >w<
Die Schattierung kannst Du im Computer recht leicht anpassen indem Du einfach ein neues Layer über die Figur machst und auf dem Layer mal mit sagen wir 10% Schwarz drüber gehst. Du kannst auch mit 100% Schwarz darüber gehen und dann mit der Stärke des Layers spielen. Finde ich sogar besser, da Du dann einfacher anpassen kannst. *nodnod*
Und kein Problem. *^^* Immer wieder gerne. Sry, dass ich manchmal so lange brauche bis ich was kritisiere. TwT

@Bewegung-Pose, Ahh ich weiss genau welche Pose du meinst. Hab die nämlich auch schon versucht zu zeichnen. Und trotz referenzen konnt ichs einfach nicht. Konnte es nicht einmal abzeichnen. Da ich die Bewegung an sich einfach nicht richtig verstanden habe ^^'' Muss das ganze dann auch noch besser üben ^^
Ah das mit dem Layer hab ich beim neueren Bild gemacht. Da weils ja schon sehr dunkel wirken soll.
Bei dem Bild hab ich das gemacht aber mit einem Gelben Layer und auf Multiplizieren gestellt. Dachte wenn ich dem ganzen noch einen gelblichen Touch gebe würde es mehr nach Sonnenuntergang aussehen. Aber müsste es eben auch so noch dunkler machen >.< Oh well, beim nächsten Bild versuche ichs besser zu machen

Tröste Dich, an solchen Posen scheitern auch die besten. ^^ Sieht man immer wieder in Manga oder Comics... Irgendwann schaffe ich es trotzdem!! *sich ebenfalls in Pose werf*

What I thought when I first saw it: awesome & beautiful!
This is a really nice pic. The color of the sky is very calming..
Just one thing, the shading on the person is very light, it doesn't exactly go with the sunset like background. It should be a tad bit bolder and darker..
But other than that, I love it !!

Yeah I know what you mean with the shading of Jolie. I made the background first so I could make a better shading for him so he matches the background, but I'm so used to the light shading it's hard to do it different >.<

Yea I believe so, I just cant put my finger on it. I think it was in one of the episodes where Ikki or Agito was fighting someone. I mean as soon as I seen this picture it made me think of Air Gear. But the picture is still really awesome.
