This one was not to be posted everywhere, originally. Well, I bet there are far better AI generated images of the same subject. This isn't one of them. It's done in Mypaint and Krita.
Sure, there was a bit of posing and referencing from few photos. That's all what is to it. Maybe the ill-fated Selene would have looked something like this in a more realistic setting.
