Erik!! Yes, the Phantom. Because I love him.Acrylic on canvas. ...yeah, a lot of black paint.
Original picture is actually from the booklet that comes with the two-disc London cast version of the Phantom of the Opera.
No, I don't own the original picture or the Phantom, just this painting. But it'd totally awesome if I did own the Phantom.

This is awesome! I love these high contrast paintings, I don't see them very often, I think mostly because it takes a heck of a lot of black paint lol.

I thought that was the pic from the book. I would just study all the pics from the cds booklet when I was 8 years old. You did great. It must have been hard to do.

I did them same. As soon as the CD was in my posession it never left me. In fact I recently had to buy a new one because I loved my old one too much haha. But yes, this was such a fun piece to work on, I really enjoyed it. I'm glad you like it too!
