as rainbow said, it's from legend of korra. it's the sequel series to Avatar: the last airbender (or, Legend of Aang) and I totally recommend you watch that one first 8D you will love it <333

I've actually have already watched the last airbender, and I loved it! I realized that they had something same(the outfits and stuff) But I didn't know that the story continued. I SO want to see this! >.< Thanks for answering!

Korra is a girl from a tv show, she has the power to bend earth, water, air and fire! Most people in the show can only bend one element or none, so she's called the Avatar. You should watch the show, it's really good!
