FBX imports well to Poser at ~12500%, albeit as a dozen sub-rigs, a Poser quirk. Auto-loads nice textures. No issues with eyes.
Pose with care using '0000' rig, clothing goes along.
With default lights dialled up to show colours well, test-scene soon rendered using Superfly, 64 pixel-samples, progressive, 1024 vol-bounces & buckets using my twin GPU cards.
