Hi there! Thanks for submitting your deviation into our ,
as you ask for a feedback, I have some suggestions for you
I like the different successive grounds right there, we have a good composition with a foreground, a middle ground and a background, that's good.
However, I've noticed you shot with a 1/3228 shutter speed, that's very huge. If I can give you some tips, I would suggest that you could use a slower shutter and a lower ISO (100 would be perfect if you can), if your camera allows; plus, there's a lot of blacks which gives a harsh touch to the picture, maybe you could decrease the contrasts in order to give a softer touch to the picture
Finally, I like the harmony of colors which gives a nice composition in addition with the successive grounds.
Keep going on!
Feel free to ask if you have any questions
Have a nice day!
Sarah

I was looking at this picture before reading your comment, and one of the first things I actually really liked was how the splashing water was absolutely frozen in time. The high shutter speed contributed to that.
Wouldn't it have been better to go for a slower aperture or ISO speed instead of reducing the shutter speed? Especially because parts of the image are already very bright I wouldn't want to reduce shutter speed.

Wer wäre nicht gern an dem schäumenden Meer in dieser trüben Herbstzeit?
