Aww thank you Eni! Lately I developed my own style of painting and this piece is way different. But in some way I just needed to do something different and the dolls just inspired me

That's true, it's relaxing to try different things. Especially when you are in some kind of art block it helps so much.
Sometimes I am just sad when artists totally change their styles. Btw, did you need long for the hair? It looks sooo accurate, I would die to draw all the detailed curls.

Yay, you're right. It helps also when you spent many time on a project which needs a specific style. At some point you get bored, lol.
Btw I used to change my style many and many times when I was younger. Now I think I found my way some months ago, I just like to improve it
Mmmh I didn't pay attention to the time, but I think I spent two hours/two hours and a half for the whole lineart. Obviously I spent more time on hair than on profile, lol. But I loooove drawing hair and so it wasn't a pain

When I was younger I did the same, trying out different styles and try to copy artists I like. I think I am still a bit influenced by art I like but of course it helps to improve with the own style.
I have absolutely no idea how much time I need for my pictures too, sometimes it went quite fast but sometimes I need half of an eternity until I am satisfied with portrait outlines. You are sooo oh lucky! I always struggle drawing hair, maybe I should better create skinhead characters for my own sake haha XD. For me it's visible that you love drawing hair, it looks so pretty and well-drawn.
