Thank you so much!
Is "Spectrum Fantastical art" a group?

No, Spectrum is a juried worldwide annual publication that you can submit work to (for a fee) and if you are selected, your work will be featured in their printed book. It's quite an honor to get in: www.spectrumfantasticart.com/

Thank you for an information! Unfortunately, this year I cannnot afford to submit (I'm holding my solo exhibition now), but I'll read the website and consider entry in next year.

Yes, she is alone in this place. But she knows there is someone who is waiting for her in somewhere.

Blue gives a dreamlike tone ... beautiful depth adding surreal hint.

Thanks a lot!!
This was the first big oilpainting which I used the color "blue" as the main color. Now I'm making another oilpainting which has same color and same size (1620x1303mm) as this one. I put this near the newer painting and see both while I'm painting.

Thank you so much! I started using the color "blue" from the first days of 2016, this was the first big work (it has 1620x1303mm size) which blue became as the main color. A girl in this image also appears in other artworks of mine^^

Thank you so much! This is the first big artwork(1620x1303mm) I use the color blue instead of black. I've been painting/drawing "different world" as sights or themes (but it is very similar to this world), this one is one of those.

A little piece of purgadise. Congratulations.
Tons of detail, I like how the gravel turns into clouds in the background.

Thank you for remembering the name "Purgadise"
At first, I didn't plan to paint all the rocks, but finally the ground was coverd by hundreds of rocks.. the result of my decision "improve as long as I can". Now I'm satisfied by completed painting.

Congratulations Niki! This is an excellent work, I am not surprised it was selected for the Shell award. It is a chilling work - for me , it combines the power of a childhood fairy tale (in this case, Jack and the Beanstalk) with a terrible vision of a post-nuclear landscape. Your regular theme, the suffering of children thanks to the wars of adults….but also so strange and uniquely yours.
Thanks.

Thank you so much! I feel glad that you caught my theme in a ground of this painting.
Also in a ceremony of the award, a certain judge told that he felt the situaton and color of this panting reminds him an aftermath of a flood. As you know, there were huge TSUNAMIs in March 2011 in Japan, and after that nuclear accident occurred too. This artwork may have something to make people remind disaster.
