The white light and the little green really gives the impression of her going to heaven for finding peace.
Also the second light source hitting her hair is wonderful addition, making the hair look like it is glowing. The same is done to the ribbons by the background.
And while the loose hair, dress and ribbons are glowing and blowing in the heavenly winds, the hair close to the head is still darker and looking more close to earth - this gives it an even more natural look.
Unfortunately she's holding the case wrong. It is a rather dull detail, trying to destroy the mood of the picture. Also the grey bar at the bottom, obviously the ground she is standing on, is a bit disturbing. Despite these two aspects, it is a great shot!
