Cumuleon as in Cumulous cloud (correct mi if i'm wrong)
Evolution from Jolteon/ type->Lightning + Water

for this one too i'll make a full profile on too, but, for those who are confused on mi naming Cumuleon..well, Cumuleon, here's the reason :

1. Already the idea for clouds for a tail was taken and i didn't want to copy

2. i had something better in store

3. ehhhh...too much time on mi hands.

ok, the thing is that all the new eon's i'm drawing are sorta tropical-ish. SO, for this one i decided this neat little idea that Cumuleon is both a land and sea creature, and when it hunts for it's main food (Mantyne) it has to dive and search for it's prey, and once it's got the Mantyne running (more like swimming) for it's life, of course, they'll start jumping out of the ocean and flying (Mantyne is a water/flying type ) So when that happens, Cumuleon gains enough speed underwater it Lunges itself onto the surface and creates anough friction between the water and itself it can run on water, and with this unusual friction (i guess mostly with the salt element of the water, i dunno, i'm no chemist ) It creates dangerous levels of static electricity and with this the steam of the water whish is the bi-product of running rises into the air and automatically becomes cumulous clouds, then turn inot thunderstorm clouds and so on and so forth.

oh, and another thing, u see those horns with the orbs at the end on its head? Those can conduct the electricity from the thunderclouds it creates and re-direct the energy and hit it's target/prey.

this one i had to put most thought inot becuase well, it's name doesn't match very well with how it looks, so i had to make a logical reason why i did
