Hey! I was just wondering what you use to make your gifs and how you post them to tumblr because I've never know how to do that!Β
( I know lame right) haha I've used gifpal before but that changed the picture into a little box thing and just makes it look like general shit.

I just use GIMP, a free software. It has a little animation gimmick and stuff. To post them on tumblr, you just make a photo post like any other photo post.

alright, here goes your mini-tutorial!
1- have your frames as separate layers.
2- up on the toolbar, go to filters.Β go to animations, and then click on playback.
3- you should be able to see what the gif looks like. fix whatever you don't want.
4- export to gif
5- save as animation.
aand you're done! i don't know other tutorials mostly 'cause i just winged it, but there should be a few here on dA.
