Overall, I really like what you have done with this costume! The proportions of the costume are great and the pose and scenery are beautiful. I will suggest a few nitpick details that can make your costume better. I think the boots could be a little taller, if I remember correctly they come up to her knees. The shape and length of the skirt is very good, but it could use a little more "poof." You could try adding horsehair braid to the hem to make it more puffy. The front bow could be a little crisper, I would suggest interfacing it or using heavier interfacing if it is already interfaced. Your wig is beautiful, the only thing I would do is curl the very bottom of the pigtails to match Usagi's hair. Your jewelry accessories are great, but I think a little more eye-catching sparkle could make them even better.
