She's a little girl with a lavender purple shirt on with a little whale on it (in reference to her being a little purple baby whale bath toy on the show) and blonde hair put into braided pigtails with purplish highlights! Also eyes!
She has been shown with blonde hair in some episodes (and with pigtails at some point) hence why I made her blonde as a human!
Cute, huh?
